We work exclusively with WordPress.org to create custom templates and designs for our clients. Upon launch you’ll have a website that is SEO and mobile optimized, and we include documentation and a walkthrough of your site so you can easily edit content yourself.

What you'll need
To create a well optimized website that looks great and performs well, there are a few things we need from you to build the site of your dreams. If you don’t have this info to hand, we’ll provide templates, files, and editing assistance.

- Photos: general photos relating to your business, headshots for bios, etc. If you need help with more content, we will make you a stock library.

What can we help with
There are many different products offered by Google that compliment any sized business. Most are free tools to implement and you’ll receive the benefits of increased traffic.

What you'll need
There are a few things businesses need to have in place before we can work on a solid Google Strategy for you. If you’re missing any of these key pieces, no problem! We can help you get them into place before we start.
- A functioning website on a platform that allows us to install the proper integrations such as WordPress or Shopify. We’ll also need access to these platforms to do installs.
- Access to a Google account so that we can make you an admin on all your accounts.
- Privacy Policy / Terms and Conditions that state you’re using analytics/ads etc.
Branding and Design

Let us put to paper (or screen) the brand you envision in your head. Need an ad designed, or a print invitation? That’s our specialty. We use the Adobe Creative Suite to create all the assets you need for both print and digital. Design files are available upon request. We can also create suites of Canva templates so you can edit content yourself.

What you'll need
To get started on any project, we book a discovery call and go over your goals and ideas. Then we will send out examples and templates for you to help us populate your document. You’ll receive a draft and we go from there.
Here are some things that are helpful to have prepared:
- A file with your branding (logos, photos) ready for us to access
- Copy for your project. We can also help with editing if required.
- A deadline for us to work towards.

Before we launch a new site, set a campaign live or send something to print, we’ll send it over for review. You’ll also receive documentation, recorded calls for your records, and support after launch. You have control over all your accounts.

Maintenance and Support
Post launch and delivery, if you need help maintaining your new site, or have a question about any of the accounts we’ve optimized for you – we’re here to help! We have maintenance retainers available, or hourly rates for smaller jobs.

01. Can you update an existing site?
We do site refreshes all the time! Most freelancers, artists, and small businesses have some sort of presence on the internet. We can help you transfer to a new platform, or give your existing site a facelift.
02. What if I don't know what i need?
Get in touch. We do audits for clients all the time! By strategizing where there are deficiencies, it can help you decide what to prioritize what to work on first.
03. Can you help me with social media?
We do social media management for clients. Industries we've worked with: education, coaching, small brands, and start ups.
Some of the services we include:
- Scheduling which includes access for clients to approve all assets through our software
- Asset creation including video/reels
- Strategy and reporting
04. What if I don't understand the reports?
Google can be overwhelming and there are many places to look for information. Let us create custom reports for you. While you're working with us, we will book monthly editorial calls and go through your accounts with you. This allows you to get all your questions answered without having to dig through several accounts.
05. How much $ do I need to run google ads?
The quick answer to this is: it depends! When we take on a client for Google Ads, the minimum contract is four months. This is because it takes a while for us to hook up all the integrations for you, run some experiments, and get the account optimized.
Once this is completed, we can scale your budget and most clients adjust their spends monthly depending on season/campaigns/etc.
06. When Should I Get in touch?
As soon as possible! We work with a few clients at once, but sometimes we have a waitlist for website builds and new ads clients as we're a small team.
For print/design projects it's best to give us as much notice as possible. Sometimes we're able to take on rush jobs as we know things come up.
